Idaho consolidated its business entity laws into the Idaho Uniform Business Organizations Code (Title 30, Chapter 21), which uses unified provisions for foreign entities rather than entity-specific statutes. Section 30-21-505 lists activities that do not constitute 'doing business' for foreign LLCs and other registered foreign entities. Idaho uses 'doing business' rather than 'transacting business.'
